I will be competing in the Tockington Triathlon - 400m swim, 23km bike and a 5km run back to back.

I know this is a minor event to some of you but it's a big personal challenge for me - I couldn't swim front crawl 18 months ago, and a close family friend has recently been diagnosed with cancer so hence my choice of charity. My employer will also match what I raise so please dig deep and donate now.
