Since you are here you must know me and know that I am not one who would usually run a marathon...(26 miles and 385 yards!) I went to the marathon last year and was inspired by all who ran and had dedicated their time to training and had raised thousands to help a cause which they believed in. I decided I wanted to run but run for a charity who meant something to me. I have fortunately been born into a world where life is pretty good but I know this isn't the case for everyone and Oxfam work hard to promote equality and alleviate poverty. 

Their recent dedication to stopping the Ebola crisis has been marked and I want to help the fight against this terrible affliction. I am inspired by the nurses and doctors who have visited the affected regions in Africa, but I am no doctor, so I do what I can.
