managed to make it to my target and then some. thanks to every1 that has donated and keep it coming. gonna be a long run tomorrow but well worth it.

On the 8th December 2010, Jessica Gower, died aged 14 years from Osteosarcoma, a form of primary bone cancer. Jess was a close family friend and will be missed by many forever. She was a happy, friendly, positive person who was full of life and much loved by everyone who knew her.

 This year I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for Bone Cancer Research Trust. I hope to raise as much as possible, so please help by donating anything you can.
