Hi. 

This August the 25th I will be competing in the Dawn to Dusk 12 hour endurance race in Neath, South Wales where I will be trying to ride my off road motorbike for 12 hours without stopping from 7am to 7pm (apart for fuel and drinks!).

For those of you that know me, you will know that this is something well outside of my comfort zone. I’m more of a sprinter than a marathon runner. With this being the case I believe that carrying out this task can be accomplished with sheer grit and determination with also the added hope of raising some money for a worthy cause. 

So whilst I carry out this endurance test I will be raising money for MIND, a charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problems or depression. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health issues in Men and Women of all ages

Did you know that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental problem in any given year? This is something i have witnessed first hand and feel very passionate about.

Every penny you donate to this cause will go directly to MIND and every donation will help cheer me on to complete 12 hours of riding through this mammoth task.
