Well it's not been an easy few months !
However I'm going to turn the big negative I've had into a positive!
Cancer has taken both my parents! I'm going to retaliate!
My buddy nick alfrey  and I are going to cycle mont vonteux. Once for my mum and once for my dad in aid of cancer charities next summer. Then we’re going to alp d’heuz and climbing that in aid of cocker spaniel charities in memory of my boy sonny boy.
