Both of my parents served in the British Army, my Father over 24 years, my Mother also served in the Prison service until she was medically retired, I also served in the Prison service.

I've also battled mental health in depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety and through training over and over again, turned a weakness into a strength, my mind...So it's a cause more than close to my heart.
