I've been wanting to attempt Tough Mudder for a long time now. So my friend and I have finally taken the plunge and have signed up for Tough Mudder on the 23rd September. 

I then thought about it and saw this amazing possibility to bring awareness to a really good cause that I believe in. It's also a small way to just look back and realize how lucky we are to be healthy, and this is a great opportunity for us to give a little back.

So any small thing you can give would be amazing, and even if you can't contribute to this cause just share what the amazing people at Cancer Research are trying to achieve, because spreading the news is just as important. =]
