My name is Jax im 9yrs old since birth i have suffered with a chronic bowel condition. I have spent most my life in and out of hospital having surgeries, procedures and klean outs , times have been very hard . In September 2020 i had stoma surgery having an ACE . Before i had my surgery i was donated a bear with a stoma called A Bear Named Buttony , Buttony became my best friend he helped me prep for my surgery and he was with me the whole way and still now hes always by my side . I decided id like to raise money for this wonderful charity to help support other children & young adults on there journey. The donations i raise funds bears , books and young adult packs to sheffield childrens hospital and grimsby stoma team .
