Jaxon Finch Blu (he/they), who performed under the name Royal E Blu and also went by Jay and Blu, passed away on 15th May 2021 at the age of 29.

He was a proud queer trans man who struggled with his mental health for many years, until it became too much. He grew up in London and lived in Poole but spent a lot of time working and socialising in Bournemouth.

Chrysalis provide in-person and online mental health support for trans and nonbinary people in Bournemouth and the surrounding area. We hope that by supporting this cause, we can help avoid other families and friends of people like Jaxon having to go through what we have.
