I am trying to raise money and awareness for a charity close to my family's heart.  Back on Boxing Day 2013 we lost a special lady in the family, my nan.  She died of Bowel Disease which at the time most where unaware of it.

I'm not setting a target on how much I would like to raise, I would just like to try and raise as much money and awareness for this charity and do what I can to help out.
