Story

On Sunday 5 November a group of people from all walks of life will be setting off to Costa Rica to embark upon a charity cycle in aid of Zoe's Place Baby Hospice. The hospice is an independently registered charity that provides respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to 5 years old suffering from life limiting and life threatening conditions. Compassionate care is at the heart of their philosophy and is available to all who access their facilities.

This is my very first cycle ride and a huge personal challenge. I will cycle with "Team Azure" members Anna Baccanello, John Denton, Lee Brogan, Alan North and will embark upron a 250 mile cycle across the country over some very difficult terrain.

I can't tell you how very proud I am to be supporting this charity, Zoe's Place is a wonderful place, full of love and compassion. The work they do is incredible and when you visit the hospice and see the happiness on the babies and children's faces and feel the warmth, care, love and attention given to these little ones, you can't imagine the world without a Zoe's Place Bay Hospice.

Those little faces are and will remain my inspiration during those tough moments on the saddle in Cost Rica!

Please would you support my cycle ride and make a donation? It doesn't matter how big or small, every penny counts.

Thank you so very much.
