April 22 - Jean Way remembrance walk in aid of St Peter’s Hospice.

As many of you are aware, Jean passed away on April 20, 2017 after a long battle with cancer.  We wanted to organise an event
to remember Jean and also to raise funds for St Peter’s hospice and help them continue to carry out the amazing work that they do.

This is a fundraising event raising money for St Peter's Hospice and walkers will be expected to pay an entry fee of £10 for adults. Please raise more if you can and also ask your friends, family and colleagues to support you by making a donation. Bring along your friends and family  and take part in this lovely day out while raising money for Bristol’s only adult Hospice.

The walk will start at the Sports Bar in Ashton Gate Stadium, pass through Ashton Park and then under the Suspension Bridge.  The route
will pass up through Leigh Woods and eventually emerge opposite the entrance to Ashton Court Estate.  From there we will pass through Ashton Court and then return to Ashton Gate.  It is approximately 6 miles.  The Sports Bar will be open and food available.

Please arrive by 12.30 for a 1pm start.

We hope to see many of you there on the day and if you cannot then please make a donation to the hospice.

Many thanks,

Jeff, Chris, Neil and Jennine
