This will be Run No 2 of 3 in my series of 10K runs this year for various charities,last year i took part in the Wigan 10K(and didn't make a fool of myself,haha)so this year i'm upping the ante and doing 3 in 2015

Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia is a disease that effects a lot of people as we get older,and i and my wife have personally lost family to the disease,and i have close friends who are living with family members going through this cruel disease,so its a charity that is close to my heart.(recently one of those family members lost their battle with the disease)

I'm asking for as little or as much as you can give for this very worthwhile cause
