Me and my brother Gian are going to read for 1 hour each day for a week from today. We want to raise a lot of money for SHOC (Slough Homeless Our Community). My grandad volunteers for this charity so we want to help them too. It must be really hard for homeless people at the moment because of the corona virus outbreak. We have all been told to stay at home so we don't get it but what about them? What do they do?

So me and Gian thought of how we can raise money for them. We wanted to do a challenge in the garden but Mummy said that was too easy for us so we decided to read for 1 hour every day. We know reading is easy but we don't normally like to read for 1 hour every day so it's a challenge for us. 

We hope that the money we raise can give homeless people clothes, blankets, sleeping bags, food, water and shelter to help them not get the corona virus.
