Kelly (my daughter)and I are walking Snowdon in aid of the Brake Charity.  This worthy charity deals with the aftermath of Road Crashes.

It does this in two ways by both caring for the victims and their families and by offering training and advice to drivers from all walks of life.

Although we have been lucky not to have needed their services we have read the stories of victims and families which are truly heart wrenching. 

I (Jeff) decided to get myself fit again after shying away from improving my situation with High Blood pressure for too long and needed a goal to aim for.  Since starting on this quest I have lost over one and a half stone and have seen my blood pressure readings fall. (by the way I am 55 yrs old)

Kelly has been walking and raising monies for Cancer charities for the last two years and when she heard me tell her what I was going to do she jumped in with both feet to do the trek with me.  I am so proud that she wants to do this with me.
