Jeanette's Camino de Santiago for Harrow MS Therapy Centre

Camino de Santiago · 25 August 2018
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
The MS Centre in Harrow has been very supportive and made their hyperbaric oxygen chamber available to me in my fight against chronic Lyme Disease.
They provide amazing support to people suffering from multiple sclerosis (MS) and other illnesses and rely on donations to do this.
I’ll be walking the Camino de Santiago in August. We’ll average 20km a day for 6 days, completing 120km from Ferrol to Santiago. This will be my first long walk since June 2010, when I was bitten by a tick, while walking the Lyke Wake Walk (42 miles under 24 hours) unsupported, across the North Yorkshire Moors. The hyperbaric oxygen turned out to be a great supportive treatment to the antibiotic protocol that I’m following.
