Ocular melanoma is so rare and the prognosis often so overwhelming, that patients frequently report feeling totally isolated. We advocate for change by uniting stakeholders against ocular melanoma cancers so people receive the treatment, information and support they need.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My beloved husband, my Rock, Dennis, died on the 21st May 2023 after a five year Herculean battle with the terrible and very rare disease Ocular Melanoma. We lost an amazing man, Husband / Dad / Pops -  a very kind, knowledgable doctor 💔

Our loved ones do not die because they “lost the battle” with these devastating diseases, they fight like warriors to stay with us. The  fact is that more funding needs to be made available for research and treatment. 

PLEASE REMEMBER TO GET YOUR EYES CHECKED REGULARLY. IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE
