Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
A year ago to this week I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Its been a roller coaster of a year but I can't tell you how grateful I am to you all for getting me through it. My amazing family, wonderful friends, my medical team, my 'chemo chums' Kerry, Kathleen & Sam, my 'personal nurse' Lindsey, my hairdresser Andrew, my dance teacher friends, my 'extended family' my pupils of Academy Street Dance Studio & their parents & my 'special little nurse' Izzy who was the best medicine. 2 very special friends who gave me great encouragement after telling me their journeys & everything they were able to do throughout their treatment-Nikki & Lesley-Anne, thank you.
I am delighted to have been nominated & selected to be 1 of the 24 models representing 'Friends of Anchor' @ Courage on the Catwalk 2015. Looking forward to sharing the catwalk with 23 other BRAVE ladies. Walking in heel will take 'a little training'! 👠
It's going to be a busy few months for me as in June I will celebrate 20 years of Academy Street Dance Studio by putting on 'SPARKLE' at Arts Centre & Theatre Aberdeen. I guess I will relate to the kids with 'stage fright'!
