As you may know, I lost my Brother to Suicide 11 years ago which devastated our Family as well as broke my heart. Ciaran was a brilliant sportsman, a formidable number 13 in rugby, a fantastic leader, Brother, Partner, Father, Cousin and Son; he was a force to be reckoned with and an inspiration to me.  However, Ci struggled in the later years of his life with mental health issues and severe depression and didn't know how to reach out for help.  I believe that he didn't want to show weakness or that he needed help so suffered in silence for a long period of time before leaving us forever. Everyone needs a help at some time of their life and JOCA do outstanding work supporting people with mental health issues.  I appreciate that times are tough at the moment financially but, if you could spare a small amount to help me support JOCA to continue to be Just One Click Away, it will help someone who needs it and I am grateful for every penny.  Thank you.
