There are 4.2 million people in the UK with Type 2 diabetes and 7 million living with heart disease. Tesco, Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation are on a mission to help reduce the number of people at risk by helping millions of people eat better, get active and make healthier choices.

On Saturday 4th June 2016 I am taking part with others from Tesco Telecoms in the London Nightrider 2016.

I will be completing 60KM around London in the dark, seeing some amazing landmarks and raising money for some amazing charities - Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation.
