I was first diagnosed with Anorexia in 2011 and had to go to hospital not long after, this charity have been there all the way and have helped us out alot, they supported my mum to help her realise that it isnt all her fault so she wouldnt blame herself and gave her confidence in herself again. 

For me they have been there after my second inpaitent admission to ensure that i NEVER go back, they come round and support me through meals that are really difficult, they help me to plan my week and get through some of the hardest times but they give me somewhere to go where i dont feel judged and people understand, they give me the chance to make new friends and have a life like a normal 18 year old they make my life not just about the food !!!!

 

This charity help people to get there lives back, and have somewhere to go where they can freely talk and be open about there problems without the fear of being misunderstood, it helps people to get on the right track and hopefully prevent further hospital admissions, iv been there done that and its not nice, it isnt the place to be.
