I am taking part in glittering dance competition to raise money for the Highland Hospice and Inverness Ice Centre.

The competition on May 22 is based on the hit BBC show Strictly Come Dancing.

Starting from this week, I will be embarking on a gruelling training session to make sure me and my dance partner MFR's breakfast show presenter Ginno Conti will be able to stun the audience with our swirls, lifts, and sashays.
