PLEASE DON'T GIFT AID

This year I am making 300 charity advent calendars with a difference. These are no mass-produced, measly chocolate advent calendars. This is a different type of tea for each of the 24 days of December leading up to Christmas. The teas are purchased from Whittards,Twinings, and Clipper and are of the highest quality and vary from Oolong to Moroccan Mint, Darjeeling to Spiced Chai. Every tea is indivually wrapped in an envelope, with the date on the outside, and on the inside is the information about the tea, its origins, and how to prepare it. These are then presented in a hand decorated gift bag.

And the best thing...? All of the proceed go to Coventry Cyrenians working to help people off the streets, and to prevent people from ending up homeless and alone.

 

For many people a good cup of tea keeps their day on track, and who could resist this in the depths of winter,and for such a good cause. The advent calendars are available for a minimum donation of £5 each, (but please feel free to donate more!) contact me on jennilittlejohns@gmail.com to order one, and we will arrange collection points in convenient locations. Please do email me if you wish to get on the order list, as there are only 300 being made this year order soon to ensure you and your friends and family get yours.

When paying through JustGiving, please agree to communications from the charity, otherwise your donation will show up as anonymous and we will be unable to match it to your order! 

 

Also- please DON'T GIFT AID.Because some of your money goestocover the costs of production, only the surplus is eligible for gift aid, so to keep it simple, no gift aid. Thanks.

Please spread the word to your friends and family, or consider buying these as a pre-Christmas gift, or get your office mates in on it, and make your 10am cuppa a bit more adventurous with a different tea every day.
