On international Womens’ day 2020 I shall be running a 5k to raise money for Charlies Angels Centre Foundation . This charity supports bereaved parents through loss at any point from miscarriage though to losing a grown-up child. I cannot thank this charity enough for their support - they were there when I needed them - and I believe that I would be a very different person today if not for them. 

I am determined to help as many people as possible through their darkest time.
