Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

With all the events/challenges I've taken part in, people started asking me when I was going to do a marathon. So when one person suggested doing it for charity, I thought about it and decided if I was going to try to do it I'd have to do it for charity to keep me motivated through the training. I've chosen Parkinson's UK as my charity because I want to raise awareness of this disease.

Pete's Dad has Parkinson's and although I didn't know him before he had it, I can tell how much it has changed him and how conscious he is of the affects the disease has on him.

Parkinson's UK provide support for those with the disease and their families, and hope to find a cure. Please support me in raising funds for this amazing charity.
