On Tuesday 16th October I will be pushing myself completely outside my comfort zone and walking barefoot across 20ft of hot coals burning at a core temperature of over 800F to raise as much money as possible for Keech Hospice Care.

 

Keech Hospice Care do such an amazing job and is a cause which is very close to my heart.  I would be very grateful for any sponsorship you could pledge for this great charity!
