On the 8th July a team from John Lewis Head Office will represent Young Minds to support the great work that they do helping both young people and their families. I some how found myself signing up for this - those of you know me well will know that my running days are confined to distant memories of school so this will be a challenge! Any donations will really make a difference so please dig deep.
