Story
Today...
Today was not okay...
We went into the community to look at 4 family’s who needed a home built.
4 very different family’s with equally different challenges.
How do you play god and choose who is more worthy and still live with yourself.
Then I met 7 beautiful little faces and my world came crumbling down around me with the stark realisation that I am going to have to now walk away from these kids and nothing will have changed for them and maybe never will.
There is a Gogo that’s a grandma who lives here but she is down the half dried up lake trying to catch some fish to feed these children. Her children the kids that stand before me’s parents are dead and some of the kids are not from her family she has taken them in as they are completely alone in this world.
This strains the one fish she may or may not catch even further!!
All these kids are seriously ill because their immune system is so low and the sores all over them are horrific!!
The clothes they have on are all they own and some of them only have on a top!!
I am now personally sponsoring this family with a food parcel every month to ensure that not only do they eat but that their medication works for them and I am taking them out to buy school uniforms so that they can now go to school and get an education. But I can not leave this country knowing that they are living each day like this.
So to all my friends on social media
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me all you can to put towards building them a house so that I can help the life of a selfless lady who has taken on other children even though she can’t feed the grandchildren she already has to look after.
Also please share this with everyone you can the further this gets the more we can raise!!
I need £4500 and I can have the bricks delivered here by the end of this week
I know if we all just gave £5 I could give them a new life to start by Monday. Please be a part of that
We did it guys in Oct we built this family a house now let’s see if we can raise some more for another family.
Daisy is on route to build houses 9 and 10 for the obsessions team let’s get her to house 11 and change another families life forever.
