Story

Ok so you can stop laughing now yes I really am running my training so far has only involved printing off a schedule & even that involved getting a paper cut but I am taking it seriously & as my schedule states I shouldnt train whilst injured Im resting whilst my cut heals.

In all seriousness it's something I'm committed to doing and I think the charity is really worthwhile 1 in 1000 have Down Syndrome and it affects all ages, races, religions and economic situations so please dig deep and donate now.

now here's the science stuff :-

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
