Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society.

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

My Nan suffered from Alzheimer's disease for about 5 years; watching her slowly fade away both mentally and physically was heart-breaking, especially when she no longer recognised her family. I hope to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Alzheimer' s Society in the hope that we can make a difference to current sufferers and to those who will be unlucky to suffer from this disease in their lifetime.

Small donations can really make a difference that will be greatly appreciated by Alzheimer sufferers and their families.
