Jerry's Brighton Marathon 2023

Brighton Marathon 2023 · 2 April 2023 ·
I am running the Brighton marathon to raise money for TRC because running is what we both do. TRC are a small team and every £ raised helps them to reach more young people in need. Whatever you can give will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.
Here is what TRC say about their work:
The Running Charity believes that running is as good for your mind as it is for your body. Running builds resilience and self-esteem, and we use this to improve the lives of 16-25 year-olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Homelessness can happen at any time and to anyone. And when it happens to a young person it can affect them for the rest of their life. We use running to improve fitness and instill a goal-setting mentality that are key tools in helping these vulnerable young people to build healthy, sustainable futures.
My running friend Andrew Roberts and I created our book RUNNING STORIES BY PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, SPEEDS & BACKGROUNDS to spread the word about how running can transform people's lives and to raise money for The Running Charity (TRC). 100% of our profits from the book go to TRC to support their essential work with young homeless people. Some of the young people's incredible stories are in the book. If you haven't got a copy do treat yourself to a fabulous read (£8.99, an Amazon Best Seller, and from all major book retailers).
