Spontaneous coronary artery dissection 

On May 26th 2019 I suffered a heart attack which almost killed me. I was at home with my family when I felt the most horrific pain in my chest and arm I knew instantly what was happening to me. My partner had me to hospital within 7 minutes where I was blue lighted to another hospital. I then spent 9 days in intensive care. 

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a heart attack which mainly affects young healthy woman mostly post natal.

I’m one of the lucky ones that survived this awful experience but for some it’s fatal because of a lack of knowledge and it being so rare and not massively known about. I have now decided to raise money for the SCAD foundation charity for research and awareness campaigns. I’m going to give up all forms of alcohol for one whole year, during this time in June I will turn 40, and so will some of my best friends, so this will be challenging as I’ve lots of celebrations planned. So face book and Instagram friends would you be so kind to sponsor me and help me raise some good funds for this very needed charity that has literally become so close to my heart ❤️ it’s doesn’t matter how small the donation every little helps and please would you all be so kind as to share.
