After years of being stuck around the 4-5km benchmark, I finally dusted off my running shoes this summer and started ramping up the distance to 10k! Unfortunately two illnesses and a sprained foot have meant that I'm not quite as prepared as I would like to be...

I'm raising money for The Guild of Our Lady of Good Counsel, an amazing Catholic charity who help new mums and babies in London with counselling, practical support and donations. Any amount you can give would be greatly appreciated, and will definitely help to motivate me when I reach 7k and probably want to give up and go home.
