Two things I dislike is mud and exercise. However for a good cause I shall do both anyway. 

Sheffield Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre supports all
survivors of rape, sexual violence and sexual abuse in their recovery, whenever
it happened in life. We work with children and adults and strive to be an
inclusive service.

A counselling and helpline service that is free of charge to the victims.
