We Support people with mental health needs to enable them to become independent

Story

Having run the tough mudder last year and raised money for animal therapy sessions for the clients, I am running the Clapham Common 5k this year with the hopes of continuing therapy, but raising more money for additional activities and therapies.

Mental health difficulties are widespread and a few happenings this year have made the importance of providing support and assistance to those going through difficulties.

Housing and quality of housing are important contributing factors to mental health and well-being and this is why I have chosen to complete the tough mudder challenge for QVT again.

Quo Vadis Trust are a provider of supported housing for adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health, health and well-being.

As a result of funding cuts, they  have had to come up with other ways of providing a compassionate and enriching service.

We have started off a tradition of running the tough mudder to raise money to fund activities and therapies for our clients.

Please feel free to donate as much as you see fit for a cause close to my heart XX
