When I was 5 years old my twin brother Harry died. He was my best friend and the person I had spent all of my life with. My Mum and Dad couldn't find bereavement support within the area (Milton Keynes) so they travelled to access it for me. Our experiences as a family during the next 18 months formed the basis of Harry's Rainbow, founded by my parents in 2011. The charity support children bereaved of a parent or sibling and I have contributed to the charity, both by creating an annual fundraising event and more recently as the Youth Ambassador where I help my Mum plan support groups for both 12-16 year and 16-25 year olds. 

This year Harry and I should be celebrating our 18 birthday together but instead I will be celebrating my 13th birthday without him. This is why I have chosen to abseil down the tallest permanent abseil tower in the world and help raise money for this amazing charity, born out of the desire to ensure bereavement support to all children.
