Jesus Perez was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He was known by all for his loyalty, his humour and his loving heart. 

We sadly lost him in September 2022, however in his final weeks, the care he received at Northwick Park Hospital was impeccable. They treated Jesus with care and dignity and his family feel very grateful for everyone at the hospital. From the healthcare assistants to the consultants, everyone at the hospital was incredible.

Jesus was people person and would not a big fuss or an over the top goodbye. So instead, Rebecca, Andrew and Ruby would like any money, which may have spent on flowers to instead be donated to this well deserving charity.
