I am running the London Marathon under a charity bib from Hft. They are a national charity providing services for people with learning disabilities. They can provide support from just a couple of hours a week up to 24 hours a day. Their staff teams support people to live the best life possible.

I think everyone should have a chance to live their life on their terms and Hft helps people do just that.
