Hello! My name is James Meehan. I'm an award winning professional comedian who gigs all over the world and has done bits on the telly and that. 

2 years ago I finally plucked up the courage to leave a horrible gaslit relationship. 

The relationship and the fallout afterwards made me very mentally unwell and for 6 months I didn't leave the house. I'd decided to quit comedy. I didn't in the end, thankfully, but I did qualify as a barber for some unknown reason, something I had no interest in. Bad mental health can make for the strangest of choices 😁

I'm much healthier and happier now but thought I'd use the skills I gained when unwell to give back to a charity that has helped me, and loads of other people. So during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival I'm cutting the hair of other comics. The comic getting the new do donates some cash, and it's to raise money for the charity below. If you fancy donating to the cause as well, that'd be ace. I'll keep this open until the fringe is over. I'll post updates throughout
