Hello!

I am running the Great South Run this year (I say running I probably mean crawling but I'll give it a go!). 

The charity that I am running for is Macmillan and it's a charity that I hold very dear to me. It would be lovely if you could donate to it, however small or large an amount it all helps! Please don't feel obliged to either, the fact that you are reading this brings awareness and that is a great thing in itself! 

When people help you in life you always have to try and pay it back in some form or another.  This is me paying it back.
