Any donations received for this challenge will go towards Soundabout's 'Make Music Change Lives' appeal - the money will fund music making with severely disabled children, young people and adults across England.

A Triathlon feels like an enormous challenge to me, just fitting in the training as a worker, a student and a full-time Mum seems like a mountain to climb, but this is minuscule compared to the challenges faced by people with severe disability who struggle to have their voice heard and find a way to express themselves

Any donation you can give would be so gratefully received and make every lap of that training around the pool, track and roads worth it.
