Along with some great friends I'm challenging myself with next years Wolf Run . A good reason to get fit and give something back by raising money for the fantastic Birmingham Children's Hospital . Inspired by my mega fit little lad who is never still and a good friends beautiful little girl Abi. She is a true inspiration through all her battles in life. 

Any donation, no matter how small will mean alot to all the children cared for on a daily basis by this hospital.
