Helping Cats out of Shelters… into Homes. Cat Chat is a web based charity, sourcing new, loving homes for rescued cats & kittens from Rescue Centres and Rehoming Groups across the UK and Ireland. We are particularly committed to finding homes for long-stay and hard-to-home cats.
