Through the month of February Duncan and I will be aiming to walk 100 miles each to raise money and awareness for Bowel Cancer West. Bowel Cancer is one of the most common types of cancer diagnosed in the UK, and BCW work tirelessly to ensure  the survival rates of people diagnosed with this condition are the highest in the country.
