So, this is it folks...!

After 10 months of hard training in the sun, hail, rain, sleet and snow (with a few blisters and black toes along the way!), me and my running buddy, Lesa Dyson, are finally ready to pound the streets of Portsmouth and complete our biggest challenge yet - The Great South Run. A grand total of 10 miles (no doubt with the odd swear word along the way!) with thousands of other runners, all fundraising for amazing causes and charities. 

Please help us to raise as much money as possible for Surrey Young Carers, an incredible charity that supports children and young people who provide regular and on going care and emotional support to a family member who is physically or mentally ill, disabled, or misuses substances.
