Story
Jane and I have given up our after work glasses of wine and replaced with 5k and 10k runs!! All in preparation for the 10k Tunnel run on 12 June 2011.
Furthermore, we are aiming to finish in under an
hour!!

We are undertaking this, all in the aid of the very worthwhile cause of Alzheimers Research, a charity dear to us both, having both had loved ones affected by the illness.
We would be extemely grateful for your support... however large or small!
