Some of you may already be aware that Nick and I are raising money for Cancer Research. Each year thousands of people are affected by cancer. This deadly disease robs so many of us of our family and friends.

So to encourage you to give this wonderful charity your donations, we have decided to do a crazy trail run event. This race is called Hell Runner!!! It will be approx 11 miles of "challenging off-road running...tough, twisting trails...including the famed Hills of Hell and Bog of Doom!".

The day of the run will be 5 years to the day since I lost my mum to cancer and will be that bit tougher to deal with.

So please, please, please give as much as you can and help a charity which really saves lives. x
