We raise funds to provide support networks to all Falklands Veterans

Story

At 10.30am on Bank Holiday 1st May 2017 my fiancé Alan (Sharkey) and I will be both abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

For those who do not know this, Sharkey served on board HMS Herald in The Falkland Islands conflict in 1982 and he was  diagnosed with PTSD in November 2016. He is lucky to still be serving with The Royal Navy (just started his 40th year of service) and is receiving the very best of treatment.

Even though The Falkands' conflict was 35 years ago this year, the scars still run deeply and this is the least I can do to show my gratitude and support for all those who served and lost lives in 1982 by raising money for the charity - The South Atlantic Medal Association 1982 [SAMA 1982] to help ALL Falkland Veterans in need

Please support us by donating whatever you can. Thanks JoJo
