Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

The date of the Yorkshire Marathon is the first anniversary of Uncle Diodoro’s passing from this cruel disease. Dementia affects so many people and their families and support is so important.  

Please help me to help others and pray that I manage to get through this Marathon in one piece!!! This is my first (and probably only) Marathon in the year that I turn 50.  A milestone in more ways than one.
