I am doing a sponsored sleep rough for a homeless charity. The charity I have chosen is called Cardboard Citizens – they are not a day care centre so they are not focused on food and clothing, but rather on educating people and giving them back their dignity so that they can get off the streets permanently.

We have all walked past homeless people and avoided eye contact, as we don’t feel we can help or we worry how they will spend any money we give them – well this is a charity that truly makes a difference where it counts and quite literally saves lives.
